 Frequently Asked Questions

+ Is there a specific check-in and check-out time?

We do not have a set check-in and check-out schedule. We just ask that you let us know 2 weeks before hand so that we can plan accordingly. This is traditionally covered under the schedule you will send us prior to arriving at camp.

+ Will we be the only group on the camp property during our retreat/camp?

Groups of 200 and more will have free access to the entire camp. Depending on the season, there is a possibility of having multiple groups on the property at one time for smaller groups.

+ Do we get to choose what cabins and meeting rooms we use?

We try to stay as flexible as possible so that you have the best experience; however, cabin usage and meeting areas are predetermined based on the size of your group.

+ Can we cook our own meals at camp?

Due to safety regulations and insurance policies, we provide a cafeteria crew to prepare all of your meals while staying at Camp Holy Wild.

+ Does Camp Holy Wild tailor to special diets (gluten free, etc.)?

We do not provide extra meals for campers with special restrictions; however, we do provide a snack shack that has a refrigerator, microwave, and microwave oven for you to use while you stay free of charge. If you happen to have a camper with single food allergies, please let us know 2 weeks before your stay and (if possible) our awesome cafeteria crew will operate to keep everyone healthy and safe.

+ Do we have to provide our own lifeguards for the pool?

You do not have to provide your own lifeguards; however, we understand that some groups prefer to. Otherwise, we provide lifeguards during the summer months at no cost to you.
